AAAAnd we're back!
HUGE thanks to Sabine for committing to a $2.50/mile sponsorship! We'll see how many I can get logged before the last training mile. On top of biking and swimming, logging the running miles is going to be tough, but now I have a very GOOD reason to keep logging miles.
I was thoroughly knocked out from a busy mind numbing week and weekend. Training is back with a 5.64 mile day.

The whole ocean front is on a cliff about 110 feet high, straight up. The trail winds EXACTLY along the cliff edge. It almost feels risky to run along the edge like that!
