I got out last night and ran for a good 30 minutes, training for the cause. After about 3.2 miles I started getting some knee pain. Pretty minor. I hope it doesn't turn into much more. So far in my training, I've been able to run incrementally farther without knee pain. I'll keep this up!
Tomorrow I'm doing a triathlon, here in Santa Barbara. It's called Kendra's Race. It will be my first ocean based triathlon, and my first road based race.
